FAQs
Why is my candle tunneling?
Candle tunneling happens when a candle burns straight down the middle, leaving wax around the edges. Here are some tips
First Burn Matters – Burn your candle long enough (usually 2–3 hours) so the wax melts evenly to the edges.
Trim the Wick – Keep the wick about 1/4 inch to ensure an even burn.
Avoid Drafts – Burning a candle near a fan or open window can cause uneven melting.
If your candle is already tunneled, try melting the sides of the glass with a blowdryer.
How long will my candle burn for?
Currently, all the classic (meaning year-round) scented candles are sold in two sizes, the 6oz and 12 oz jars. the 6 oz. jar offers a surprising 24 hr burn time- guaranteed. while the 12 oz jar will burn for up to 48 hours, or double the duration of time.
Do any of these products burn unsafe chemicals?
No. All products are in alignment with California’s Prop. 65 law, which requires a statement of cancerous fragrances. While this law is not country-wide, I believe it important to be clear that our scents are NOT harmful to your environment.
